A lifelong traveler, she has lived in Japan twice, visited her mother\u2019s homeland of the Philippines many times, and called three Hawaiian islands home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Rouxbe-certified Plant-Based Professional, Cristina has over 25 years of experience cooking for family, friends, temples, and clients. Plant-Based Pacific is her first cookbook.
